Along with a keyboard or piano, you need an internet connection and a device for video-calling. I usually conduct online piano lessons via Zoom, but I can work with whatever video-conferencing platform you prefer. It would be preferable for you to have a laptop, tablet, or a device with a large screen, but if you just have a phone, we can find a way to make that work.

Each child is different, but it is advisable that a child is able to read before beginning to learn the piano.

Absolutely not! It's never too late to learn the piano! I have taught many beginner adults who are now very successful pianists.

Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. I will teach you what you need to know to be able to read, understand, and play the piano.

Yes, I encourage you to play music that you enjoy, as it will motivate you to practice. I will help find music for you, and can rearrange sheet music to suit your level of playing ability.
